About Clearway — and how these FASAH guides are made

Clearway is an independent customs brokerage focused on one thing: clearing cargo through the Saudi FASAH/ZATCA system for importing companies. We file declarations under your authorization (tafweed), manage certificates, answer ZATCA and OGA queries and hand you the release — so your team never learns the platform. To be explicit: we are not FASAH and not a government body; the official platform is fasah.sa, operated under ZATCA.

The FASAH guide library is written by the team that files in the platform daily, with facts drawn from official sources — FASAH documentation, ZATCA regulations, SABER/SFDA rules — and stated as practice, not marketing: timelines are ranges, discretionary outcomes are described as discretionary, and every guide that mentions an official portal links to it. Guides are updated when the platform or regulations change; found an error? Tell us and it gets fixed.
