FASAH login: signing in to fasah.sa
The FASAH platform login is at fasah.sa — click "Login" and authenticate with your registered FASAH account, with Nafath (the national single sign-on) verifying the authorised person's identity. Companies log in under the account created during establishment registration; a licensed customs broker you authorise can file on your behalf without you touching the platform at all.
How do I log in — companies and individuals
- Companies: fasah.sa → Login → enter the account credentials created when the establishment registered; identity confirmation runs through Nafath on the authorised manager's phone
- Individuals: personal shipments rarely need a FASAH account — couriers and brokers declare on your behalf; individual registration exists for special cases
- Brokers: licensed clearing agents log in with their broker accounts and file for any client that granted them authorisation (tafweed)
If your company has never registered, start with registration, not login — see our FASAH registration guide.
Login not working? The usual causes
- Nafath approval not confirmed — the request expires quickly; keep the Nafath app open and approve immediately
- Wrong account type — establishment accounts and individual accounts are separate; use the one matching your CR
- Expired CR or unlinked establishment — FASAH pulls establishment data from government records; renew the CR first
- Authorised person changed — if the manager registered in FASAH left the company, the authorisation must be updated before anyone can log in
- Browser issues — the platform behaves best in an up-to-date Chrome/Edge with pop-ups allowed
The practical alternative: authorise a broker instead
Most importers never log in to FASAH themselves. Granting a licensed broker authorisation (tafweed) lets the broker file declarations, pay duties and receive statuses for you — you get the release documents and status updates without maintaining platform access, tracking regulation changes or training staff. Clearway files in FASAH daily under client authorisations; setting one up takes minutes and one signature.

Frequently asked questions
Where is the FASAH login page?
At fasah.sa — the "Login" button top of page. Identity verification runs through Nafath, the Saudi national single sign-on.
What is Nafath and why does FASAH need it?
Nafath is the government identity app confirming who is logging in. FASAH uses it so only the establishment's authorised person (or their broker) can file declarations.
Can someone else log in and file for my company?
Yes — a licensed customs broker with your authorisation (tafweed) files under their own broker account. That is how most commercial cargo clears in practice.
I forgot my FASAH credentials — what do I do?
Use the password recovery on fasah.sa tied to the registered contact, or call the FASAH support line; if the authorised person changed, update the establishment authorisation first.
