FASAH contacts: which number actually answers

There is no single "FASAH hotline" that fixes shipments. The working map: platform issues (login, registration, tafweed errors) go through fasah.sa support; customs matters (declarations, duties, releases) answer on ZATCA 19993 (+966 11 204 8998 abroad) — because FASAH is the window, ZATCA is the authority behind it; and your specific declaration is fastest resolved by the broker who filed it, who sees its live status without calling anyone.

The channel map

What is OGA in FASAH?

OGA — Other Government Agencies — is the FASAH layer connecting non-customs authorities whose approval a shipment needs: SFDA for food and medical, SASO/SABER conformity checks, CITC for radio equipment and others. When a declaration "waits on OGA", customs is not the blocker — the relevant agency's approval is, and the fix lives in that agency's process (certificates, registrations, label reviews). Reading which OGA holds a shipment, and answering that agency specifically, is daily broker work — and the reason "calling FASAH" about such holds achieves nothing.

Skip the directory: what Clearway clients do

Clients simply message their Clearway contact: we read the declaration and OGA statuses directly, answer the actual blocker, and escalate through the channel that owns it. The directory above matters for account-level matters that are yours alone — platform registration, establishment records, authorized-person changes. For everything shipment-shaped, a broker with platform access beats every phone number on this page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the FASAH phone number?

Platform support runs through fasah.sa rather than a public hotline; customs questions answer on ZATCA's unified 19993.

Who do I contact about a stuck declaration?

The broker who filed it — they see the live status and the specific query. Hotlines answer policy, not individual declarations.

What does "waiting on OGA" mean?

A non-customs agency (SFDA, SASO, CITC…) must approve before release — the fix is in that agency's requirements, not in customs.

Does Clearway handle FASAH support issues for clients?

Operational ones yes — declaration, status and OGA matters. Account-level platform issues (your establishment's registration) we guide you through.
